How Our Service Works?

Terms & Conditions

Once you sign up for service you are placed on our route for a particular day based on your location. Service days are Monday through Thursday with Friday being a make-up day due to delays in service due to weather. Our pick up times are generally early morning from sunrise to late afternoon.

We do not pick-up on days where…

1. There is an imminent danger of a hurricane or thunderstorms.

2. Days with freezing rain or snow fall that covers the grass.

We will text you upon arrival, so you have time to remove any pets from the yard. Once the job is completed, you will receive a text with pictures showing what was removed and to show that all gates have been closed.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all waste will be removed from the property if there is tall grass, large amounts of leaves, poop in flower beds, snow or ice on property, or other obstructions that obscure the view of the yard.

This is a month-to-month service, and you can cancel at any time. Auto-pay is required via a major credit card and is charged on the 25th of the month for the following month. If service is started in the middle of the month, then the remaining month will be prorated. A one-week notice is required to stop all services.
